Small tortilla pizza Ingredients:
23 gram tortilla |
3 tablespoons tomato paste |
1/10 pound chicken breast |
3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese |
1 1/2 tablespoons olives |
Directions:
1. Using small lowfat-lowcal tortilla (the one I use is about 50 calories), spread the sauce (for the ingredient I had to use tomato paste, but pizza sauce works the best) 2. Dice up the chicken and add on top of the pizza sauce. 3. Put the cheese (I use a 2% milk mozzarella) over the chicken and add the sliced olives on top 4. Put in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds or until cheese is melted. |
