8 oz sour cream |
8 oz cream cheese |
5 oz peppers, chopped |
4 oz black olives, chopped |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup green onions |
5 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except tortillas.
2. Divide mixture evenly among the tortillas and spread in a thin layer.
3. Roll tortillas up and slice into 1 inch rolls.
4. Arrange on a tray. Kale or lettuce leaves may be used for garnish. Salsa may be served with it for dipping.
