1. Slice meat into 1/2 inch strips. 2. Spread thin layer of cream cheese over tortilla. 3. Place two strips of meat side by side along lower third of tortilla. 4. Add two strips of red pepper and one slice of cheese. 5. Repeat above steps two more times. 6. Fold tortilla edge over contents and roll tightly. 7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill. 8. Slice roll into 1-inch pinwheels. 9. Stack pinwheels in rings until desired Christmas Tree shape is reached. 10. Garnish with fresh cranberries and star-shaped cutouts of cheese and pepper.
