Tortilla Chips (Better Than Restaurants!) |

This is really more of a cooking secret than a recipe...I came up with this last night when I made Mexican food for dinner...GREAT! Ingredients:
16 ounces tortilla chips |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Using cooking oil (I use vegetable), I spray the inside of the pan generously. 2. Add half the chips and spray. 3. Add the rest of the chips and spray. 4. Add salt to taste - I like them very salty! 5. Heat on a very low setting, shaking about every three minutes until all of the chips are very warm but not burning. 6. Remove from heat and serve immediately. |
