An easy to make appetizer made from some of the same ingredients you would use to make a dip. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed or 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, minced |
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme |
pepper |
5 flour tortillas (6-in round) |
Directions:
1. Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. 2. Refrigerate until firm. Unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. |
