1 (9 ounce) package meat-filled tortellini |
1 cup heavy cream |
4 teaspoons sun-dried tomato paste |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, boil cream, stirring, until reduced by about half, 5-6 minutes. 3. Add tomato paste and whisk until blended. 4. Drain tortellini and add to cream sauce. Toss gently and serve sprinkled with parsley. |
