And I did it my way and it was a hit and raved about, Hope you Try It. Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen cheese tortellini |
1 stick of pepperoni or pkg of mini pepperoni pieces |
1 stick of imported italian salami |
1 carrot shredded |
1 small can sliced black olives |
1 small can sliced green olives |
2 stalks of green onions |
1 container of crumbled blue cheese |
1 small jar of roasted red peppers |
1 pint of grape tomatoes |
vinaigrette dressing |
1/3 cup olive oil |
2 tbsp white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
salt & pepper to taste |
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes |
optional |
mozzerella balls, broccoli, peas, mushrooms, aspragus |
you choice of any vegetables |
Directions:
1. For Dressing: Whisk all ingredients till well blended, salt & pepper to taste. 2. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, do not overcook, you want them al dente or even harder, Drain and set aside 3. Cut meats into small cubes. 4. Shred carrots 5. Drain olives and set aside 6. Slice up onions, red peppers 7. Put all into serving bowl, add crumbled cheese and tortellini 8. Pour Dressing over and blend well 9. Refrigerate overnight |
