Tortellini Spinach Soup

A quick and easy soup for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
2 (9 ounce) packages creamed spinach, defrosted according to package directions (stouffer's)
3 1/2 cups water
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope dry vegetable soup mix (knorr)
1 (9 ounce) package cheese tortellini (buitoni)
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Heat water and soup mix in large saucepan to boiling; reduce heat to low.
2. Add tortellini and creamed spinach, cook for 5 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
3. Top each serving with parmesan cheese.
