                    I love this simple cheese tortellini soup. It's great for the cool, bitter evenings of Fall, and is easy to do! Husbands can surprise their wives by cooking dinner one night.                                                 2 cups water  |  
                                                1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth  |  
                                                1 (16 ounce) package prepared cheese tortellini, thawed  |  
                                                2 teaspoons minced fresh chives  |  
                                                salt to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water and chicken broth to a boil. Mix in the cheese tortellini, chives and salt. Cook 10 minutes, until the tortellini floats to the top.                              |
