Ingredients:
3 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 (9-ounce) packages refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
4 green onions, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons minced fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil |
garnish: shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; add tortellini and next 4 ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Garnish, if desired. |
