Tortellini Salad With Garden Vegetables |

Ingredients:
1 lb frozen or refrigerated tortellini |
1/2 yellow peppers or 1/2 red pepper, diced |
1 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1 small zucchini, cut into thin sticks |
1/2 small red onion, chopped |
3/4 cup creamy italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook tortellini according to package to package directions until just tender. 2. Drain, then rinse under cold running water. 3. Drain again and transfer to large bowl. 4. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine. 5. Serve at room temperature or chilled. |
