this is a great spring or summer recipe to have with a cookout, or great to take along if you are going to a pot luck Ingredients:
16 oz cheese tortellini cooked rinsed and drained |
2 cups shredded red cabbage |
1-12 oz bag fresh baby spinach, cleaned and drained, stems removed |
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes halved |
1 bunch green onions sliced |
2 cups ranch dressing |
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. cook and drain tortellini according to package directions 2. layer all ingredients except ranch dressing in a large clear bowl. 3. add dressing just before serving 4. cover and refrig. left overs after serving |
