Tortellini Pesto Primavera Ingredients:
1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, stir-fry mix |
1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream |
2 tablespoons pesto sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta and veggies in three quarts water 5-7 minutes or until tender. 2. Drain and return to pan. 3. combine sour cream, pesto and salt. 4. Add to pasta mixture. 5. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper. 6. Serve immediately. 7. Best served with toasted pita wedges. |
