This easy recipe is great for everyday serving. Ingredients:
300 g flour |
100 ml oil |
3 eggs |
240 ml milk |
7 g yeast |
3 g salt |
1/2 cup swiss cheese |
1 cup spinach |
3 pieces prosciutto |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, oil, eggs, milk, yeast and salt together in a large bowl. 2. Pour half of the mixture into the buttered 8 inches cake pan. 3. Layered on the cheese, spinach and prosciutto. 4. Pour the rest of the mixture on top of the filling. 5. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes. |
