Ingredients:
8 whole cloves |
8 raisins |
2 ounces rye whiskey |
1/2 ounce simple syrup |
pinch of nutmeg |
1 ounce boiling water |
1 cinnamon stick |
Directions:
1. Insert cloves into raisins. Place in a heat-proof glass. Stir together rye whiskey, Simple Syrup, and pinch of nutmeg until blended, pour over raisins. Add 1 oz. boiling water. Stir gently using a cinnamon stick, and let stand 10 minutes. Pour into a brandy snifter. |
