I just had a sweet tooth one day, but had an empty fridge and cabinets, so this is what I came up with. It is so simple, but I love it, as does my husband who is not a fan of yogurt in general! Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1 granny smith apple |
1 dash lemon juice |
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cut up apple into bite sized chunks. 2. Spray lemon juice over apples. 3. In bowl mix yogurt and cinnamon. 4. Mix apples with cinnamon yogurt. 5. Enjoy! |
