introduced by my cuz, march 2009. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips |
1 large red bell pepper |
1 large green bell pepper |
2 jalapeno peppers |
1 onion |
2 cups salsa |
2 tbsn taco seasoning |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Toss chicken with taco seasoning in crockpot. 2. Add onion, peppers and salsa. cook on low for five to six hours, spread shredded cheese on top and let melt, serve. |
