1. 1/4 cups 2. pkg. 3. -4 cups 4. Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in 2 cups of flour; add more flour until it doesn't stick. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 20 minutes. Knead for 2 minutes. Cut into 10 2 hunks. Roll into 5 circles. Rise for 45 minutes on floured surface. Preheat oven to 500° F. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 5 minutes or until fully ballooned.
