Decadent chocolate and coconut cookies. So easy, and gluten & lactose-free! Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar |
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened |
3 cups oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. 2. Add vanilla and remove from heat. 3. Stir in coconut and oatmeal. 4. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. 5. Chill. DO NOT BAKE. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. |
