Beef and Noodles Ingredients:
4 cups beef broth |
4 cups water |
24 ounces roast beef |
6 ounces noodles |
1 tbsp butter |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
3 tbsp parsley flakes |
1 can cream of celery soup |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. pepper |
3 tbsp. flour |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles according to package directions in the beef broth and water. 2. Cook the onion and celery in the butter, and add to the noodles, along with the roast beef, celery soup, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. 3. Dissolve the flour in some water and add to the noodle mixture to thicken. |
