Ingredients:
2 whole(s) tomatoes chopped |
2 red onions chopped |
2 clove(s) fresh garlic |
10 clove(s) kari leaves |
1 teaspoon(s) urid dal |
1 teaspoon(s) mustad |
2 pinch(s) channa dal |
1 pinch(s) dhaniya |
1 teaspoon(s) chilli powder |
1 pinch(s) ajinomoto |
Directions:
1. Add oil in pan 2. Add mustard ,chilli and urid dal and Channa dal 3. Add onion and fry golden brown 4. Add termaric powder 5. Add tomatoes 6. Close and cook for 10 mins 7. Add agino moto and dhaniya 8. Add salt and chilli powder 9. Cook till all green smell vanishes |
