This sauce was published in the Houston Chronicle to accompany Tommy's Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1/4 cup port wine |
1 cup beef stock or 1 cup veal stock |
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced |
Directions:
1. In saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients and cook until reduced by half. 2. Spoon over pork medallions and serve hot. |
