Ingredients:
1/4 cup port wine
1 cup beef stock or 1 cup veal stock
1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
Directions:
1. In saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients and cook until reduced by half.
2. Spoon over pork medallions and serve hot.
