This is a gluten and dairy free raw granola-ish cereal. If you have never grown sprouts it's super easy and there are tonnes ( I'm Canadian, eh?) of resources on the web.
Ingredients:
8 cups sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat groats
4 cups sprouted and dehydrated sunflower seeds
3 cups unsweetened coconut
2 cups sultana raisins
1 cup soaked and dehydrated nuts
1/2 cup dried fruit
12 soaked and dehydrated chopped dates
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed container. If doing your own dehydrating be sure that the sprouts, nuts and dates are completely dry to avoid spoilage.
2. Prep time includes sprouting and drying.
