Tomatsmør (Tomato Butter)

From a little Norwegian Recipes book of mine. Serve cold with hot grilled or fried fish. Yields 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Cream butter with an electric mixer at medium speed.
2. When light and fluffy, beat in the tomato paste, salt and sugar.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
