Good canned tomato soup is filled with vegetables and noodles. What a treat! Be sure to read the note following the recipe for a couple of variations. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup, undiluted |
3/4 cup cooked vegetables (sliced celery, carrots, peas, whatever) |
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Do NOT drain. 2. Add soup concentrate and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve. 3. NOTE: Sometime you might like to add a little Velveeta cheese to this soup, warming till it melts. Or maybe some cooked ground meat. |
