Tomatoes with Green Onions and Basil |

We prefer the natural sweetness of the grape tomatoes, but cherry tomatoes work equally well. Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes |
1 1/2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions |
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes; sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are heated. Remove from heat, and stir in green onions and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
