A side dish for grilled chicken, steak or fish. Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled |
pinch of sugar |
pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional) |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh italian parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in oil if using. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. |
