10 -12 inches pre-baked pizza crusts |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3/4 cup spicy marinara sauce |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
2 cups sargento artisan blends shredded whole milk mozzarella & provolone cheese, divided |
3 medium tomatoes, sliced (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange) |
10 torn fresh basil leaves |
10 arugula leaves |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium to medium-high heat. 2. Place foil on cookie sheet or wooden pizza paddle; 3. top with crust. Brush crust with olive oil. Spread sauce 4. over crust; sprinkle with garlic and 1 cup cheese. Top 5. with tomatoes. 6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pizza. Transfer pizza, 7. still on foil, to top of grill. Grill pizza, covered, 3-4 8. minutes. Uncover and grill 3-4 minutes more, until the 9. crust browns on the bottom and the cheese melts. Top 10. with basil leaves and arugula. Remove from grill and 11. serve. |
