Good side dish as an alternative to potatoes or plain rice. Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice |
210 g tomato soup |
420 g chopped tomatoes |
25 g butter, cubed |
2 tsp curry powder |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp sugar |
1 onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a baking dish with a tight fitting lid, cover and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30min, stirring occasionally. |
