Tomato & Wheat Salad

This is also a salad on-the-go because it fills into halved pita bread very nicely.
Ingredients:
4 plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 cup bulgar wheat
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper, ground
2 lemons, juice of
1 tablespoon hot sauce, your choice (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine buglar& water. Cover & let stand until all the water is absorbed.
2. Combine bulgar & rest of ingredients & toss.
3. Chill well before serving.
