Made from store cupboard basics. Ingredients:
4 ounces chopped tomatoes |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Whizz for about 20 seconds until smooth. Pour into a jar and shake well before serving. |
