Nice for a cold day, serve with crusty bread. Ingredients:
2 lbs chopped roma tomatoes |
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth |
2 cups assorted fresh vegetables |
1 (5 1/2 ounce) can tomato paste |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all in slow cooker, cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. |
