Great on a cold winter day. You can add any vegetables you like to suit your tastes. Ingredients:
1 lb ground round |
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth |
10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped |
10 ounces frozen corn |
3 large carrots |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice |
1 cup fresh mushrooms |
46 ounces v8 vegetable juice (tomato if preferred) |
1 garlic clove |
1/4 cup water |
2 medium potatoes, diced |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
2 tablespoons oregano |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a dutch oven, drain. 2. Add all ingredients & bring to a boil. 3. Cover, reduce heat & simmer 1 Hour. |
