Great family soup. Could also use Bloody Mary mix or beef broth. Easy for stovetop too. Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, pressed and minced |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peppers and onions |
3 tablespoons italian seasoning mix |
1 (32 ounce) package frozen vegetables |
1 (48 ounce) can vegetables or 1 (48 ounce) can v 8 juice or 1 (48 ounce) can bloody mary mix or 1 (48 ounce) can beef broth |
Directions:
1. Place pressed garlic cloves into bottom of slow cooker, add peppers and onions. 2. Sprinkle seasonings over top. 3. Add vegetables, then pour juice over all the ingredients. 4. Cover, and cook on low 8-10 hours, or on high for 4 hours. |
