This is my FAVORITE veggie juice recipe - easy & delicious! Enjoy! Ingredients:
16 quarts tomatoes |
8 medium green peppers |
8 onions |
4 stalks celery |
3 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Chop veggies. 2. (or halve or quarter if using Victorio Strainer). 3. Add water to partially cover (don't fill the pot),& cook all veggies until soft. 4. Strain through Victorio or fruit press or cheesecloth. 5. Add sugar& salt& bring to a boil. 6. Pour into jars once it's reached a'rolling' boil,and allow to set stationary 24 hours or until seal has set. |
