3 medium shallots, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon cooking oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar |
3/4 cup tomato puree |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute shallot and garlic in oil in a small saucepan until tender; about 2 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. Serve hot. |
