                                                4 red peppers, cut in half and seeded  |  
                                                4 plum tomatoes, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup green onion, chopped  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves, crushed  |  
                                                1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped  |  
                                                1/4 cup olive oil  |  
                                                2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Place halved peppers on baking sheet. 2. Mix together remaining ingredients. 3. Fill each pepper with tomato mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 4.
