Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup sliced onion |
1/2 lb beef, pieces |
2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce |
1 tablespoon steak sauce |
1/2 cup spinach |
1/4 beer |
Directions:
1. Cook rice. 2. Brown onions and beef over medium/high heat about 10 minutes. 3. Add sauce, spinach, beer and simmerfor 5 minutes. 4. Server over rice. |
