This is a slow cooker/crock pot recipe. A very yummy veggie soup that is super simple to make. Ingredients:
2 bay leaves |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 medium carrots (chopped) |
2 stalks celery (thinly sliced or diced) |
1 large onion (diced) |
1 garlic clove (minced) |
4 cups vegetable broth |
2 -8 ounces canned tomatoes (diced) |
10 ounces fresh spinach |
1 tablespoon basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredient in slow cooker and cook on high 5 hours. |
