Tomato Soup With Vegetables |

This is more of a tip than a recipe. But the soup turned out real good and so, want to have the recipe on hand. Adjust the seasons to your taste. Maybe you could add chopped bell peppers - I personally do not like the taste of overcooked peppers Ingredients:
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans campbells condensed tomato soup |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion |
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup chopped carrot |
1/2 cup peas |
1/2 cup corn |
1/2 cup chopped potato |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil. 2. Add all the seasonigs,onions, carrots, peas and potatoes. 3. Add the soup and water. 4. Boil on low heat till the vegetables are softened a little. |
