Tomato Soup With Rice and Franks |

This is one of those doctored up canned soup recipes which is certain to be a hit with the kids. Heck, I like it myself! Try it for a quick lunch. Ingredients:
2 frankfurters, thinly sliced |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons onions, minced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato rice soup |
1 cup milk or 1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Combine the franks slices and minced onion and saute, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, until the onion is tender. 2. Blend in soup and milk or water and bring to a slow boil. 3. Remove from heat and serve. |
