This is great now that it's starting to get cold on the East coast! The goat cheese just adds that extra zing.... it's easy, quick and classic. I like it with the Chavrie herb flavored goat cheese! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can campbell's condensed tomato soup |
8 ounces vegetable stock or 8 ounces water |
1 (4 ounce) package fresh goat cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pot. 2. Bring to a boil and serve. |
