A quick and easy tomato soup, don't know where I got it from but I used it frequently when my children were young. Ingredients:
225 g tomato puree |
275 ml milk |
275 ml cream (single) |
salt and pepper |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Put the tomato puree in a saucepan and start to heat over a medium heat. 2. Gradually add milk, stirring all the time. 3. Bring to the boil then reduce heat. 4. Stir in the cream. 5. Season with the salt and pepper and sugar to taste. |
