Tomatoes are a great ingredient for a healthy smoothie because of their antioxidant properties to fight cancer. Ingredients:
2 cups tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup tomato juice |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup carrot, chopped |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or hot sauce) (optional) |
2 cups ice |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached and serve cold. |
