Want a great salad? This is it. My sister served this when we were at her house last weekend and it was a huge hit. Enjoy Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh or fresh frozen shrimp rinsed and drained |
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley |
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon chili sauce |
3 drops tabasco sauce |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1-1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl combine tomato, shrimp and parsley. 2. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon pepper. 3. Add mayonnaise mixture to tomato mixture then mix gently to combine. 4. Refrigerate at least 45 minutes then just before serving stir in shredded lettuce. |
