100 -150 g fresh pasta |
5 tomatoes (diced or sliced) |
1/3-1/2 onion |
75 g ground pork (any amount as desired) |
3 tablespoons oil |
20 g frozen mixed vegetables (any amount as desired) |
250 ml water |
1/2 tablespoon potato starch (mixed with 3 tbsps of water) or 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 3 tbsps of water) or 1/2 tablespoon flour (mixed with 3 tbsps of water) |
tamarind juice (1 piece tamarind mixed with 50ml water) |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1/4 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Cut onion into strips. 2. Pour all oil into pan. 3. Put in onion and brown it partially. 4. Put in sliced/diced tomatos. 5. Stir for 1 minute. 6. Add in 250ml water. 7. Leave to boil, then, add in Tamarind water. 8. Stir and leave for tomatoes to melt partially, leaving the skin in the pan. 9. After this, add in starch/flour to thicken. 10. Stir and then, add in minced pork. 11. Add in all Seasonings. 12. Stir for 30 seconds. 13. Put in pasta and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 14. Add in mixed vegetables and stir for 30-45 seconds over medium heat. 15. Serve. |
