1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained |
1 (8-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and saute 5 minutes. Stir in wine and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. |
