2 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced |
2 scallions, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can mild green chilies, drain or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped or 1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cumin, ground |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. 2. Pulse on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. 3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. |
