A nice tasty salsa from The Healing Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 cup diced seeded tomato |
2 t chopped fresh basils |
1 tsp. finely chiopped fresh mint |
1 t thinly sliced scallions |
1/8 tsp. salt |
2 tsp. fresh lime juice |
2 tsp. olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and gently mix. |
