Ingredients:
6 roma tomatoes |
1/2 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup chopped basil |
Directions:
1. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Place in a saucepan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly on stove top until tomatoes are melted. Add chopped basil and serve. |
